Front Desk Coordinator

As a key member of the Community Health Systems team, the Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, doctors, and visitors. This role is responsible for managing the patient check-in and check-out process, handling incoming and interoffice calls, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient patient check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming and interoffice calls, responding to inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a medical office setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
