Job Title: President – Industrial HVAC Services Company

We are seeking a seasoned executive leader with 10+ years of experience in the Industrial HVAC services sector or related fields. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing and scaling companies with revenues over $100M, driving business growth, and enhancing operational efficiency.

The President will oversee the national expansion and strategic vision of this fast-growing Industrial HVAC company, managing service delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading executive teams, driving client partnerships, and implementing scalable business models tailored to industrial sectors.

This role is crucial for accelerating growth, expanding the company's market presence, and building a resilient, customer-focused service model. The President will play a key part in shaping the future of a high-potential player in the national industrial HVAC services market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic vision to expand industrial HVAC services and market share, while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Business Growth & Market Development: Spearhead national expansion, identify growth opportunities, and cultivate partnerships with large-scale industrial clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient service delivery, manage P&L, and implement cutting-edge practices in industrial HVAC project management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Mentor executive leaders, build a high-performing team, and establish effective talent acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with clients and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 10+ years of leadership in Industrial HVAC or related sectors, managing companies with $100M+ revenue. Strong entrepreneurial background preferred.
  • Licenses & Certifications: HVAC or Mechanical License preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Strategic planning, financial management, operational oversight, and extensive knowledge of industrial HVAC projects.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
