About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Reception/Hospitality Service Specialist to join our team at IST Management. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, hospitality, and administrative support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service to internal and external clients
  • Manage conference room bookings, setup, and breakdown
  • Assist with catering orders and other related tasks
  • Adhere to business procedure guidelines and take direction from supervisor
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Participate in cross-training at the reception desk
  • Maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US required
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on occasion
