Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team at Heartland Human Care Services. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all visitors, ensuring a professional and organized reception area.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including checking in and out participants, guests, and staff, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Monitor and maintain the lobby and reception area, ensuring a clean and safe environment for all.
  • Develop and implement procedures for the control, storage, and use of office supplies and related items.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Assistant to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide support as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum three years of related experience in a client-facing role.
  • Bilingual required, with fluency in a second language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook/Exchange, and other software routinely used by Heartland Human Care Services.
