Position Overview

La Frontera Center Inc. is seeking a compassionate professional to deliver vital support services to children and families facing challenges. In this role, you will be instrumental in formulating, assessing, and managing treatment strategies and recovery initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Build respectful and results-oriented relationships with clients receiving assistance
  • Create thorough clinical evaluations and service strategies with contributions from the child, family, or recovery team
  • Oversee and execute service strategies in accordance with State regulations
  • Keep precise clinical records and document progress
  • Deliver services through various interactions and support mechanisms
  • Track clients' responses to services and collaborate on necessary adjustments
  • Facilitate meetings to evaluate progress and requirements
  • Coordinate with external organizations for supplementary support
  • Ensure transportation to essential services
  • Record all interactions and services rendered
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Understanding of Managed Care systems and provider networks
  • Experience in case management and behavioral health services
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities preferred
