Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the security and safety of the facility and its residents.
  • Manage and document emergency situations, notifying relevant staff as needed.
  • Enforce program rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and respectful environment.
  • Complete daily progress notes and document pertinent events in the medical record.
  • Perform data management and clerical tasks as assigned.
  • Participate in Recovery Team meetings and contribute to the development of effective treatment plans.
  • Transport members and children to appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Monitor medication administration and maintain accurate records.
  • Supervise visitors and maintain appropriate boundaries with residents.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a residential setting.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required; Fingerprint Clearance Card required for working with minors or in residential programs.
  • Valid Arizona driver's license, proof of insurance, and willingness to use personal vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health challenges.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills using MS Office products.
