About the Role

As the Vice President of Product Management at Highspot, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team of product management professionals, shaping the future of our product strategy to deliver exceptional software experiences that delight our customers. You will leverage your expertise in product design, customer experience (CX), and organizational leadership to ensure that our platform consistently meets the needs of a broad range of user personas. Leading a team of Product Directors and Product Managers, you will ensure that we continue to deliver world-class software solutions that empower businesses to thrive. In this role, you will report directly to the President of Product & Engineering and be a key leader within Highspot's Executive Team, where you'll drive product innovation and play a crucial role in optimizing revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Be the champion of user experience by deeply understanding our product, ensuring we deliver intuitive, customer-centric solutions that address user needs across a diverse spectrum of personas
Build and scale a best-in-class product management organization through whom you'll empower to execute a product vision that drives innovation and business impact
Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, Sales and Customer Success to align on product direction, ensuring seamless integration of UX design and customer feedback into our product strategy
Inspire and motivate your team to achieve their highest potential by fostering an inclusive, diverse, and collaborative environment that reflects Highspot's core values
Drive the strategic growth of Highspot's product portfolio by leveraging your insights into market trends and customer behavior to shape KPIs, product roadmaps, and long-term business objectives
Partner closely with the Customer Success and Services teams to ensure your team is continuously delivering enhancements that elevate customer satisfaction and swiftly address pain points
Ensure delivery of high-quality products on time and on budget by establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making frameworks that balance business objectives, user needs, and operational efficiency

Requirements

15+ years of leadership experience in product management, with a track record of managing senior leaders in high-growth B2B SaaS companies
An academic background in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
Deep expertise in customer experience (CX), UX design, and human-centered design principles, with a history of delivering software products that prioritize user satisfaction
Proven experience scaling product management teams and organizations during periods of rapid growth, with a focus on organizational design and change management
Exceptional talent in attracting, retaining, and developing top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds, creating a strong culture of innovation and collaboration
Proactive leadership with a demonstrated ability to drive product innovation and a passion for delivering impactful user experiences at scale
A strong background in SaaS product development, with a comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience leading cross-functional teams in building large-scale products
A history of successfully balancing strategic business goals with customer-centric solutions, ensuring that operational objectives are aligned with delivering best-in-class product experiences

What We Offer

Highspot offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary range of $250,769 - $340,000, as well as bonuses, stock options, and other forms of compensation.
