About the Role

We are seeking an experienced VP, Product Management to lead our Product Management team at Highspot. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, building and scaling a world-class team of product managers and leaders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with Highspot's business goals and objectives
  • Build and lead a high-performing Product Management team, including hiring, developing, and retaining top talent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Engineering, Product Marketing, and Services, to ensure effective product development and delivery
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop products that meet those needs
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, including prioritizing features and requirements
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of high-quality products, on budget and on schedule
  • Define clear roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient decision-making and effective collaboration

Requirements

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior product management leadership roles, including managing leaders and recent experience in the B2B SaaS industry
  • Academic background in Computer Science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
  • Experience leading product management teams, including scaling teams in high-growth scenarios
  • Proven success in attracting and retaining top talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Track record of scaling Product Management organizations and deep understanding of organizational design and change management
  • Proven success as a partner and collaborator who prioritizes team success over individual aspirations
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a high level of quality and a focus on getting things done
  • Previous experience designing and building software products at scale
  • Deep understanding of the SDLC for SaaS applications
