Business Development Manager

We are expanding our sales team at Limitless Financial and seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join us in Lansing, MI. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong track record of sales leadership and a passion for residual income.
Key Responsibilities- Develop sales agents into leaders by guiding them towards achieving results.
- Train others to lead by example, ensuring the implementation of our proven sales system.
- Pursue new business opportunities through presentations to local companies and account generation.
In this role, you will have the chance to drive new business growth, utilize our proven sales system, and establish a self-sustaining referral stream that can generate passive renewal income for life. We offer a competitive salary range of $75k-$125k in the first year, along with extensive training, bonuses, and benefits.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred.
- You must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Able to establish trust and rapport quickly.
- Goal-oriented and deadline-driven.
- An active insurance license or willingness to obtain one upon hiring is required.
