Sales Manager Job Description

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in the customer service experience at Aarons, providing essential support to our team members and ensuring our showroom floors are well-maintained.

  • Assist the General Manager with operational functions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Manager at Aarons, you will need:

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • An aptitude for marketing and sales
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A valid state driver's license (for U.S. locations) or equivalent documentation (for Canada)
