Job Summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Amusement Manager to oversee the daily operations of our entertainment centers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our arcades, games, and other entertainment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the entertainment center, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the entertainment center and attract new customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
