Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Clerk to join our team at The Norland Group. As a key member of our administrative services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the completion of rosters, session creation, course creation, and enrollment management, ensuring seamless execution of training initiatives.
  • Work closely with Academy leaders to plan, forecast, schedule, and implement enterprise-wide training initiatives, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate complex processes, including apprentice programs, On-the-Job Training, structured learning paths, and off-site location booking, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Maintain the integrity of training data within SAP by developing and enforcing quality control processes, supporting governance and compliance.
  • Implement technology projects within respective schools, such as iPads, ensuring process consistency and driving innovation.
  • Provide consulting services to delivery and curriculum teams on operational and learning technology capabilities, driving business outcomes.
  • Lead efforts toward more efficient, automated processes through Continuous Improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless operational support and a consistent, centralized business approach.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to lower-level team members, contractors, and temporary staff, assigning and prioritizing work effectively.
  • Create training manuals, job aids, process maps, and other documentation for cross-training and knowledge transfer purposes.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project requests as needed, coordinating with vendors and sourcing, approving invoices, and managing data requests.

Requirements:

  • High School or General Education Development (GED) diploma
  • 4 years of combined experience working within a training organization and/or SAP or other Learning Management System (LMS) or equivalent
