As an Automotive Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success of Valvoline Instant Oil Change by delivering exceptional preventive maintenance services. Through direct interactions, you will serve as a trusted consultant to our clients, assessing their requirements and executing maintenance tasks to keep their vehicles in optimal condition.

- Assess customer needs promptly and effectively

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment

- Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, services, and company policies

- Conduct automotive preventive maintenance, including oil changes, fluid checks and refills, filter replacements, and light and wiper inspections

- Uphold a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications for Success:

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
