Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food and Beverage Coordinator to join our team at Belterra Park Gaming. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining administrative duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
  • Maintain office administrative duties, including answering phones, making travel arrangements, and composing correspondence
  • Coordinate meetings, gather information, and create presentation materials
  • Purchase supplies and other items needed by the department
  • Coordinate the purchasing and receiving of food and beverage items
  • Work closely with the Director to process contracts and create ORFs, Org Charts, and post positions into Logix
  • Reconcile Food and Beverage salary Team Members Pcard and/or expenses in Wells Fargo
  • Manage all aspects of the Food and Beverage office, including coordinating hot schedules, PTO, Kronos, and making recommendations for better coverage
  • Create all communication pieces for the department
  • Track and ensure proper billing of contracts and invoices
  • Oversee capital project budgets and prepare tracking spreadsheets
  • Edit and approve Kronos Daily, add PTO, complete overtime approval report, and billbacks for the department
  • Create and maintain department employee files for all salary Team Members
  • Perform all duties in a confidential manner
Requirements
  • Ability to type 45 to 65 wpm
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate MMS, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Publisher
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions
  • Ability to transcribe dictation to typed copy
  • Shorthand and/or recording device experience highly desirable
  • Independently initiates, follows up on, and completes assignments and special projects
  • Knowledge of financial systems and proficiency with spreadsheet software
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively perform multiple tasks
  • Ability to prioritize workload
  • Basic knowledge of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. and all Food and Beverage departmental functions
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Must have a good working knowledge of Kronos System and MMS
  • Ability to interface professionally with business contacts and customers
Working Environment

This position operates in a working environment that is subject to varying noise levels, the severity of which depends upon customer volume.
