Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant provides high-level support to senior leadership across multiple functional groups at West Henrietta. This role involves planning and executing tasks, communicating with internal and external contacts, and managing calendars, travel, and events.

Responsibilities
* Assist departmental leadership in areas such as HR, Finance, Facilities, and Distribution.
* Plan and execute business travel, calendar management, event management, special projects, and administrative tasks on behalf of senior leadership.
* Manage expense report coordination and submission, maintain meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
* Assist in prioritizing workflow, preparing materials, and clear communication for various audiences.
* Maintain confidentiality, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings, tours, and other activities.

Requirements
* 5 years of general office/clerical experience
* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred with minor/major in communications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
* Ability to work in a global/multi-time zone environment, with flexibility to changing priorities

Salary Range
$53,394 - $64,938 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
