Pediatric Therapy Intervention Specialist

Job Summary
Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing therapy interventions to students with communication disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Treatment Planning: Develop individualized treatment plans (IEPs) to address the unique needs of each student.
- Therapy Interventions: Provide one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress, including data collection and reporting.
- Collaboration: Attend IEP and ARD meetings as needed, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success.
Requirements
- Licensure: Active Washington SLP license and ASHA CCCs.
- Education: Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years of school-based experience and 1 year of teletherapy experience preferred.
