Marketing Manager Job Description

At Uptown Suites, we are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and analytical individual to drive our marketing efforts and contribute to the growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources, including Google Analytics, Ads, and Property Management systems, to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Monitor and maintain the consistency of our online presence across multiple channels, including our website, social media, and online travel agencies.
  • Collaborate with our VP of Marketing and agency partners to develop strategies to improve channel performance and drive business results.
  • Design and deploy promotional campaigns across various platforms, including property, web, social, email, and text.
  • Develop and maintain monthly blog and social content calendars.
  • Ensure brand consistency and messaging across internal and external teams.
  • Assist with call center and field training calls.
Requirements:
  • BA or BS degree in Marketing or Advertising.
  • 4-5 years of marketing experience.
  • Hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work harmoniously with a diverse workforce.
  • Technical skills in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Moz, WordPress, Blueshift, and Microsoft Office.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position based in our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
