Job Summary:
Cogliano IT Staffing is seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving production problems, and ensuring that client organizations are maximizing the value of technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve production problems
- Ensure client organizations are maximizing the value of technology platforms
- Manage and continuously improve processes for helping customers, managing the team, and working with the rest of the company
- Respond to inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software, and operator problems
- Document and track detail information about tickets opened in the Support Desk System
- Conduct technical research for problem resolution and document steps taken to resolve an issue
- Coordinate activities with help desk, network services, or other information systems groups
- Prepare various reports for management and auditing purposes
- Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning
Requirements:
- Windows 10 and Office 365 environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
