Nurse Manager

Aiken Regional Medical Centers is seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our PCU (ICU Step-down Unit) team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring effective unit operations, mentoring and supervising staff, and promoting professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mentor and supervise unit staff to ensure high-quality patient care and unit operations
- Collaborate with the quality department and other hospital leaders to redesign and lead performance improvement activities
- Plan and execute operational and capital budgets in collaboration with the Director of Inpatient Services and the CNO
- Promote a positive working environment and create a culture of safety for nursing staff and patients
