We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Principal, Enterprise Account Executive, Freight. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our fast-growing startup and build relationships with senior leaders at Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans to drive business growth and opportunity.
  • Build and manage relationships with executive decision-makers and stakeholders to deliver on objectives.
  • Partner with operations leaders to define scalable operating plans for accounts in your portfolio.
  • Identify new growth opportunities and define business plans to achieve goals.
  • Manage your opportunity pipeline and monitor the health of your account.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
