About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at FullStory. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion within our existing customer base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion within existing customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Enterprise space through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
  • Manage multiple relationships simultaneously with internal stakeholders and external customers to drive new business or expansion
  • Utilize technology to accurately forecast, manage deal stages, and understand pipeline predictability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success, to deliver value-based, technical demonstrations and drive sales
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling a SaaS product into Enterprise stakeholders within Product, Data, or Engineering teams
  • Proven track record of quota attainment of annual quota over $1 million USD
  • Experience multithreading, networking, and building relationships within an Enterprise account
  • Ability to effectively source and qualify net-new business, as well as drive expansion business within current accounts
