Job Title: Enterprise Account Coordinator

The Enterprise Account Coordinator plays a vital role in the success of Nolan Transportation Group (NTG) by providing exceptional customer service and support to assigned accounts. This position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing timely and effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage account loads, ensuring prompt build and activation, proper load coverage, and proactive customer communication.
  • Monitor and manage account shipments to ensure best practices are maintained.
  • Develop and execute customer service expectations for assigned accounts.
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to grow relationships and identify opportunities for modal and regional diversification.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and Operations Leads to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred but not required.
  • 1 year of transportation or logistics experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time benefits-eligible position, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Occasional weekend and evening work may be required during peak periods.

Travel:

Local travel is required, with limited out-of-state travel for special training or conferences.
