Job Description

Archer Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team in the Southeast region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new strategic opportunities with prospective customers, targeting Fortune 1000 and enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a territory management approach to focus prospecting efforts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior customer personnel to create a high-value working relationship.
  • Work with Sales Development Representatives to generate initial customer interest and secure introductory meetings.
  • Skilledly overcome objections and remove obstacles to gain commitment, understanding the difference between a stall and an objection.
  • Update CRM tools regularly and timely, according to company standards.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of Archer's products through commitment to ongoing training.
  • Ensure high forecasting accuracy and consistency.
  • Ability to run and control the sales process at every stage through contract signing.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience in a dedicated sales 'hunter' capacity.
  • Demonstrated achievement in enterprise software/IT sales with diverse responsibilities.
  • Minimum of 5 years of field, strategic sales experience with a B2B enterprise software solution, preferably SaaS.
