Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic team, focusing on the recruitment of Anesthesiology specialists for both locum tenens and permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers nationwide through various outreach methods including cold calling, texting, and email communications.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct outreach to potential new healthcare clients to develop business opportunities.
- Collaborate in creating market strategies and value propositions to enhance business development.
- Match candidates with suitable positions based on their qualifications, preferences, and credentials, adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and candidates.
- Work towards defined quotas while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Actively listen to understand the needs of clients and candidates, ensuring a tailored recruitment approach.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven experience in physician recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in the field.
- At least 1 year of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
