The Physician Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing and evaluating specialized Surgeons and Physicians within a full-desk recruitment framework. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare providers nationwide through various outreach methods including cold calling, texting, emailing, and online research.

- Match candidates to positions based on their skills, licenses, preferences, board status, credentials, and professional certifications in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in physician recruitment.
- At least 1 year of successful business-to-business sales experience.
