Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our dynamic team focused on both Locum Tenens and Permanent placements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers nationwide through various outreach methods including cold calling, texting, and internet research.
- Manage and expand existing client accounts in the healthcare sector.
- Conduct outreach to potential new healthcare clients to foster business growth.
- Assist in developing market strategies and value propositions to enhance our recruitment services.
- Match candidates with appropriate positions based on their skills, licenses, and credentials while adhering to state and federal regulations.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and candidates.
- Work towards defined quotas while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Actively listen to understand the needs of clients and candidates, ensuring a tailored recruitment approach.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment, while being recognized for your contributions and performance.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Proven experience in physician recruitment (2+ years) and business-to-business sales (1+ year).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates alike.
