Job Opportunity: Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Meridian Health Services. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision to our staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual and group clinical supervision to staff, including reviewing treatment plans and progress notes.
  • Provide clinical direction and guidance to staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver effective services.
  • Assist with clinical audit processes and maintain positive relationships with referral sources.
  • Assist with evaluating client satisfaction and promoting program services to the community.
  • Complete intakes for admission to services and carry a caseload of at least 50% of the time onsite for patients.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Behavioral Health required.
  • Candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • At least one year of related experience required.
