About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse Supervisor to join our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at SCL Health. As a Clinical Nurse Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing leadership, supervision, and mentorship to our nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective nursing plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal results.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to nursing staff.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • ASN/ADN from an accredited program, with the ability to obtain a BSN from an accredited program within four years of hire.
  • Current Colorado RN license or compact license, with the ability to obtain a Colorado RN license.
  • At least three years of nursing experience in NICU, with a strong background in leadership and supervision.
  • BLS certification, with the ability to obtain ACLS/NRP/PALS certification as needed.
