United Therapeutics seeks a seasoned professional to join its team as Director of Global Pharmacovigilance Case Management in Honolulu, Hawaii.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in end-to-end case safety management activities, with a strong background in pharmacovigilance and regulatory compliance. They will be responsible for strategizing and implementing plans to ensure global regulations and guidelines are met for safety data collection, management, and reporting.

This critical role is responsible for ensuring commercial operational aspects of pharmacovigilance activities are managed with rigorous global standards. Key responsibilities include process evaluation and strategy, operational oversight and quality assurance, regulatory compliance and guidance, stakeholder and vendor management, training and development, inspection and audit management, SOP and procedural document management, and reconciliation and compliance oversight.

To succeed in this position, the candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 12 years of experience in pharmacovigilance, including end-to-end case processing of ICSRs. Previous experience using safety databases, such as Argus, is also required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and 5+ years of experience in vendor management and oversight.

The estimated salary range for this position is $163,000-$185,000 per year, with eligibility for short-term and long-term incentive programs.
