About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team as a Specialty Sales Consultant in Neuroscience. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our company's products and developing business relationships with therapeutic specialists within an assigned geographical territory.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the neuroscience market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will implement our marketing strategies and tactics to achieve short-term and long-term objectives. You will also participate in organizing and facilitating meetings for the exchange of medical and product information.

Responsibilities
  • Educate physicians and other health care professionals about our products and provide current information on approved indications.
  • Achieve individual sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Analyze business in your designated territory to understand prescribing and decision processes.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • At least two years of specialist sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of products, competitors, and applicable disease states.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $122,000 - $172,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, you may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation.

You will also be eligible to participate in various benefits offerings, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement savings plan, and flexible paid vacation.
