As a Sales Professional at Parks Motor Sales, you will be part of an elite sales staff that has perfected the art of customer service while making incredible deals. Job Responsibilities Meet and greet customers as they arrive at the dealership. Interview potential customers regarding their vehicle needs and wants. Present the dealership's new and pre-owned vehicles to customers and explain features and benefits. Accompany customers on test drives, and collect licenses and other necessary documentation per best practices. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values of customers' vehicles. Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchase and their vehicles. Complete General Motors Sales Training Courses. Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the car buying process. Preferred experience in social media. Qualifications Valid US Driver's License. Physically able to stand, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 40 lbs. Basic computer knowledge to complete data entry. Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
