- Culinary Operations: Plan and implement menus, manage inventory, and oversee food preparation and presentation.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring excellent communication and teamwork.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Financial Management: Manage kitchen budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue through effective menu planning and inventory management.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including front-of-house staff, to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a chef and kitchen manager in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Culinary Education: Culinary degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Certifications: ServSafe certification required.
