Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead our restaurant team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Drive organizational excellence in operations and customer service, ensuring seamless execution of our brand standards.
  • Oversee performance measurements to ensure the property operates within approved budgets and is competitive in its market.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, minimize costs, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional customer service and a passion for delivering results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, federal, state, and local laws, and ordinances.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure quality guest and employee experiences.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in front-of-house or back-of-house operations leadership and/or management positions.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and food manager and beverage operator certification within 90 days of employment.
