Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Front Desk Operations: Handle all front desk related activities, including answering phones in a friendly manner, assisting callers with questions, checking members into the system, new member sign-up, and taking prospective members on tours.
- Account Management: Facilitate needed updates to member's accounts.
- Member Support: Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
- Club Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Customer Service Background: Preferred.
- Basic Computer Proficiency: Required.
- Passion for Fitness and Health: Essential.
- Upbeat and Positive Attitude: Must.
- Punctuality and Reliability: A must.
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Able to interact in a positive and professional way with members and co-workers, exceeding member expectations.
- Strong Listening Skills: Ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Diplomacy: Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions, using appropriate behavior and language.
- Age Requirement: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Standing and Walking: Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Talking: Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Lifting: Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Toxic Chemicals: Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
