Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and navigating the complexities of healthcare? We're seeking a skilled Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at TEKsystems.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle Inquiries: Manage phone and message inquiries from patients and their care partners with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with Healthcare Needs: Provide support with insurance, billing inquiries, appointment management, medical records, authorizations, and referrals.
- Apply C-I-CARE: Ensure every patient interaction is positive and effective.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in a high-volume contact center and 1 additional year in customer service, or 2 years in patient-facing healthcare roles.
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable phone manners.
- Multitasking Abilities: Proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Competitive Pay: Start at $19.25/hr with a bump to $20.00/hr when you go permanent. Plus, enjoy a 1.25x shift differential for hours worked Mon-Fri 6pm-7am and all day Saturday and Sunday, making your pay $24.06/hr during these times.
