Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance to employees at all levels, focusing on professional development and career advancement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design and deliver strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Analyze HR metrics, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • BS/BA in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist role or similar position.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
