**Job Title:** Human Resource Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Generalist to join our team at Benvic CHEMRES, LLC. This role is responsible for managing the daily functions of the HR department, including hiring, interviewing, and administering pay, benefits, and leave.

The estimated salary for this position is around **$65,000 - $85,000 per year**, depending on experience and location.

  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process, as well as implementing new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations are also essential.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in HR or related field; 1-2 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary
