Internal Communications Lead

Position Summary
The Internal Communications Lead plays a vital role within the Human Resources team, enhancing organizational performance through effective communication, accessible information, and superior learning design. This individual is a dedicated storyteller, focused on delivering high-quality and innovative messaging that fosters a vibrant internal communications strategy aimed at boosting employee engagement. Collaborating closely with HR, Marketing, and Executive leadership, this role channels their insights and vision to motivate employees throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy in collaboration with senior leadership to support corporate initiatives and enhance employee engagement.
- Oversee the transformation of internal communication efforts, including the transition to a new intranet platform to enhance connectivity.
- Manage the content calendar for the company intranet, ensuring timely publication of articles and updates.
- Utilize various communication tools, such as the HRIS Homepage, to disseminate critical information effectively.
- Collaborate with HR and organizational leaders on significant initiatives including Employee Engagement, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
- Coordinate and execute internal events, such as town halls and manager meetings, to facilitate information sharing.
- Develop and implement impactful messaging campaigns to inform and inspire employees.
- Work with cross-functional teams to manage projects that enhance employee connectivity across diverse work environments.
- Support various events requiring internal communications expertise.
- Establish effective communication processes and provide guidance to teams needing support.
- Create engaging communications regarding PosiGen's DEI&B initiatives and achievements.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership and Marketing to communicate PosiGen's CSR commitments.
- Develop internal communication materials independently, including presentations, announcements, and articles.
- Maintain an enterprise-wide internal communications calendar.
- Assess the effectiveness of communication channels and recommend improvements.
- Define success metrics for internal communications and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Promote PosiGen through compelling visual and written communications.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business priorities and propose effective communication solutions.
- Ensure that all communications are relevant, impactful, and executed flawlessly.
- Foster strong partnerships across HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams.
- Travel as required by business needs.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, HR, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively.
- Experience in a high-growth company is advantageous.
- Familiarity with DEI&B and CSR communications is preferred.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to convey complex topics simply.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven stakeholder management abilities, collaborating effectively with senior leaders.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Creative and solution-oriented thinker with a strategic mindset.
- Experience utilizing communication channels to engage employees and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and measuring communication effectiveness.

- Experience in change management, including stakeholder engagement and communication strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace is preferred.
