Assistant Community Manager

Lion Real Estate Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join the team at our multifamily apartment community in Charlotte, North Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Community Manager in overseeing daily operations, including rent collection, resident services, and maintenance requests.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, such as rent rolls, delinquency reports, and lease renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with the Community Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
- Assist with training and development of new staff members.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of multifamily property management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi property management software.
