Role Overview: The Manufacturing Engineer is tasked with enhancing and refining the methodologies, tools, and machinery utilized within manufacturing frameworks. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production processes are consistent, dependable, stable, and optimized for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting PFMEA and MVP updates to ensure process reliability.
- Updating work instructions and related documentation to reflect current practices.
- Providing ongoing support to production lines and operators to maintain operational excellence.
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Strong aptitude for grasping technical concepts both conceptually and through hands-on experience.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is highly desirable.
- Experience in process validation is strongly preferred.
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a split shift schedule, initially starting on the first shift before transitioning to a split shift arrangement.
