We understand that compensation is a key factor, which is why we offer competitive hourly rates tailored to each market. We are currently expanding our team in Northern California.

Compensation: $28 / hour

Shift: Thursday - Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering outstanding customer service is your primary focus.
  2. Demonstrating the ability to supervise and lead effectively.
  3. Utilizing computer skills for reporting and communication.
  4. Monitoring and surveying the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  5. Conducting regular patrols and perimeter inspections.
  6. Responding swiftly to critical situations.
  7. Composing and maintaining accurate reports.
  8. Understanding when and how to enforce customer protocols and standards.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  2. Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  4. Experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections is advantageous.
  5. Possession of an active CA Guard Card and completion of additional 32HR BSIS Security Officer training (further training may be provided during the hiring process).
