Compensation: $28 / hour

Shift: Thursday - Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
  2. Supervise and lead security personnel effectively.
  3. Utilize computer systems for reporting and communication.
  4. Monitor and assess the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
  5. Conduct regular patrols and perimeter inspections.
  6. Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
  7. Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports.
  8. Enforce customer protocols, regulations, and standards as necessary.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  2. Successful completion of a thorough screening process.
  3. A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  4. Previous experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections is advantageous.
  5. Possession of an active CA Guard Card and completion of 32 hours of BSIS Security Officer training (additional training may be provided during the hiring process).
