At GardaWorld, we understand the importance of competitive compensation, which is why we offer attractive hourly starting rates in every market we serve. We are currently expanding our team in Northern California.
Compensation: $28 / hour
Shift: Thursday - Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service is your primary focus.
- Demonstrating the ability to supervise and lead a team.
- Utilizing computer skills effectively.
- Monitoring and surveying the assigned area, providing detailed reports on activities.
- Conducting regular patrols and perimeter checks.
- Responding swiftly to critical situations.
- Writing and reading detailed reports accurately.
- Enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive screening process.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Previous experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections is advantageous.
- Active California Guard Card is required, along with additional 32-hour BSIS Security Officer training (further training may be provided during the hiring process).
