We understand that compensation is a significant factor, which is why we offer competitive hourly rates tailored to each market. We are currently expanding our team in Northern California.
Compensation: $28 / hour
Shift: Thursday - Monday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service as your primary focus.
- Demonstrate leadership and supervisory skills.
- Utilize computer systems effectively.
- Monitor and report on activities within your assigned area.
- Conduct regular patrols and perimeter inspections.
- Respond swiftly to critical incidents.
- Prepare detailed reports with accuracy.
- Enforce client policies, regulations, and standards appropriately.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Successful completion of a comprehensive screening process.
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Previous experience in Military, Law Enforcement, or Corrections is advantageous.
- Possession of an active CA Guard Card and completion of additional 32HR BSIS Security Officer training (further training may be provided during the hiring process).
