We are seeking a talented Pharmaceutical Account Manager to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrist and Institutional Accounts, such as community mental health centers and hospitals.

As a Neuroscience Sales Representative, you will lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio to Psychiatrist and Institutional Accounts, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in pharmaceutical sales and is able to effectively communicate complex clinical information to customers. You will also need to have excellent analytical skills and be able to use data-based insights to create opportunities and develop strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reimbursement - consistently demonstrate the ability to stay informed on reimbursement dynamics, anticipate and effectively address payer access issues (IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) using Lundbeck resources.
  • Pharmaceutical Environment/Compliance - ability to apply knowledge of pharmaceutical and regulatory environment, including accountability and adherence to Lundbeck policies and procedures and FDA regulations regarding the promotion of pharmaceutical and medical products.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $145,000 per year, plus eligibility for a sales incentive target of $37,500. Benefits include flexible paid time off (PTO), health benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision, company match 401k and company car.
