Sales Director Pharmaceutical Solutions

Sonexus Access and Patient Support is a leading provider of innovative distribution models, patient access and adherence programs, and reimbursement services to pharmaceutical manufacturers.
As a seasoned Sales Director, you will play a key role in driving business growth, sales strategies, and negotiations. You will build strategic partnerships, win new and existing clients, and develop deep relationships with decision-makers in the pharmaceutical industry.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel, offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to make a real impact on the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:- IDentify and drive new business development opportunities and revenue growth
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships at pharmaceutical decision-making customer levels
- Lead customer prospecting, negotiations, and selling
- Translate healthcare market and customer needs into a well-defined strategy with clear goals, objectives, and actions to drive growth and profitability
- Map Sonexus solutions to help customers achieve their business goals
- Bachelor's degree preferred, Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years business development/sales experience
- Strong healthcare industry business acumen, network, and passion for building long-term customer relationships
- Developed positive relationships with high-level decision-maker relationships in the pharma industry
- Exceptional leadership skills, organization skills, and planning, forecasting, pipeline development, and management skills
