Selling over 20 homes each year is attainable, and we have the leads, training, and resources to facilitate this success.

Whether you are an experienced agent or new to the field, our established training program will assist you in building your own lead generation while leveraging the live tour connections we receive from our partners to expedite your business growth. Many of our agents achieve 2-3 escrows monthly within their first 90 days due to our effective system.

Our onboarding and training processes are industry-leading. Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive onboarding program designed to equip you with specialized skills. We will guide you in converting leads from our channel partners into appointments, conducting effective seller consultations, and mastering real estate contracts. Our aim is to have you producing within just one week. Following onboarding, our extensive training continues with sessions held five days a week, covering topics such as roleplays, listing appointment preparation, closing techniques, and more – available both in-person and via virtual platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.
  • Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for clients.
  • Conduct property evaluations to establish accurate property values for sellers.
  • Be readily available to assist and support clients.
  • Maintain precise records in all systems and CRMs, collaborating with channel partners.

Pay: $48, $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Self-determined schedule, Weekend availability
