Role Overview

The Source Business Office is pivotal in driving efficient business operations across the Source Operations framework, ensuring high-quality support for senior leadership and group offices. Key responsibilities include:

  • Enhancing resource allocation by assessing, prioritizing, and guiding resource decisions;
  • Overseeing governance and support for front office executive staff and internal governance processes;
  • Delivering strategic corporate messaging to the workforce, mission partners, and stakeholders;
  • Managing tasking processes, workspace arrangements, and IT needs;
  • Advising senior management on resource control through effective program planning and financial management.

Evaluate program performance organization-wide and provide comprehensive recommendations. Offer expertise in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects. Deliver objective insights into program challenges, execution risks, and corrective measures. Draft, review, and publish program reports as required by regulations. Participate in program and business management reviews, providing constructive feedback. Support programmatic activities with development contractors and revise management policies and best practices. Develop tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities aligned with NGA policies. Review documentation and changes, and engage in planning activities with Mission Partners and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive program management support, integrating strategic resources necessary for NGA's transformation;
  • Collaborate with various NGA groups to ensure alignment with performance metrics and strategic objectives;
  • Research and implement solutions connecting strategic initiatives with Federal Acquisition Management;
  • Create business intelligence presentations using tools like Tableau, Cognos, and MS Excel;
  • Develop data-driven presentations to inform senior leaders for decision-making;
  • Adapt to evolving requirements and management directives;
  • Work independently and collaboratively under pressure with shifting priorities;
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses;
  • Prepare presentations of cost materials, technical briefings, and management reports;
  • Act as a Program/Project Manager for NGA Source Operations, supporting resource integration across key offices.

Required Qualifications

  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance;
  • US Citizenship;
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience (advanced degree may substitute for some experience);
  • Experience with imaging systems, data management, and trend analysis;
  • Proven problem analysis and resolution skills;
  • Experience leading teams and sharing knowledge effectively;
  • Strong organizational, oral, and written communication skills;
  • Experience interacting with senior-level officials;
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight;
  • Experience in policy, administration, planning, and project management;
  • Experience across multiple markets (Government and Industry);
  • Familiarity with commercial imagery systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Accelerated Tasking Orchestration (ATO) and Integrated Collection Orchestration (ICO);
  • Experience facilitating senior-level discussions on GEOINT strategies;
  • Extensive experience in Deep Remote Sensing/Geospatial-Intelligence;
  • Knowledge of the imagery intelligence cycle and related processes;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
