Role Responsibilities

The Source Business Office is responsible for executing efficient business operations across the Source Operations division, ensuring a consistent standard of quality and timely support to senior leadership. Key functions include:

  • Enhancing resource allocation by assessing, prioritizing, and guiding resource decisions;
  • Overseeing governance and support for front office executive staff and internal governance processes;
  • Delivering strategic corporate communications to the workforce, mission partners, and stakeholders;
  • Managing tasking processes, workspace arrangements, and IT needs;
  • Advising senior management on resource control through effective program planning and financial management.

Evaluate program performance across the organization and provide comprehensive recommendations. Offer expertise in planning, managing, and executing programs and projects. Provide objective insights into program challenges, execution risks, and necessary corrective actions. Draft, review, and publish program reports as required by regulations. Participate in program management reviews and provide constructive feedback. Support programmatic activities with development contractors. Review and update management policies, standards, and best practices. Develop tailored oversight and scope verification activities aligned with program and financial management policies. Participate in planning activities with mission partners and development contractor teams. Create and update program business plans and schedules in accordance with agency guidelines.

Your Key Duties

  • Deliver comprehensive program management support, ensuring strategic resource integration for transformation initiatives;
  • Collaborate with various divisions to align program management with strategic objectives;
  • Research and implement solutions that connect strategic activities with Federal Acquisition Management;
  • Create business intelligence presentations using tools like Tableau, Cognos, and MS Excel;
  • Develop data-driven presentations to inform senior leaders for decision-making;
  • Adapt to evolving requirements and management directives;
  • Work independently and collaboratively under pressure and tight deadlines;
  • Conduct cost-risk and benefit analyses;
  • Prepare and present costing materials, technical briefings, and management reports;
  • Act as a Program/Project Manager supporting strategic resource integration across operations.

Required Qualifications

  • Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance;
  • US Citizenship;
  • Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree may substitute for some experience;
  • Proven experience with imaging systems and data management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating effectively;
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills;
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership;
  • Ability to complete tasks with minimal oversight;
  • Experience in policy, planning, business management, and project management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Accelerated Tasking Orchestration (ATO) and Integrated Collection Orchestration (ICO);
  • Experience facilitating senior-level discussions on GEOINT strategies;
  • Extensive experience in Remote Sensing/Geospatial-Intelligence;
  • Familiarity with the imagery intelligence cycle and related processes;
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
