About the Role:

As a Retail Wireless Sales Consultant at U.S. Cellular, you will have the opportunity to sell wireless technology and make a positive impact on people's lives. Our sales consultants are passionate about technology and enjoy helping others find solutions to their communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell wireless technology and services to customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
  • Work effectively in a team environment and contribute to a positive store culture

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Bilingual (Spanish) required

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 or more years of experience working directly with customers
  • 1 or more years of retail sales experience
  • 1 or more years of wireless or tech industry experience
